Enrolment of Members
Application for enrolment of a new/old member of the Association will be entertained only on the form prescribed by the Association.
  1. The prescribed application form (attached) duly filled and signed by the Proprietor/Partners/and director of the individual, firm,, institution and industry shall be submitted to the Gen. secretary for consideration provided all conditions are fulfilled.
  2. The requisite admission fee together with the annual subscription fee for the running and next calendar year should be remitted alongwith the application in advance to the treasurer
  3. The application should be proposed by one regular member and seconded by another regular member of the Association, The application form will be placed before the executive committee by the Gen. secretary in the next meeting for disposal.
Certificate
A certificate of membership of the Association shall be issued once to the new member, signed by President, treasurer and Gen. Secretary with the date of issue. Which will be the property of the Association. In the event of the certificate being lost or wornout, fresh certificate may be issued on payment of Rs. 500/- only.
Duties Of Members
  1. It shall be the duty of every member of the Association to abide by the rules and bye laws of the Association.
  2. Any member who is found guilty of an infraction of any of the rules of the Association, shall be liable either to a vote of censure or expulsion from the Association in accordance with the bye-laws.
